Section seventeen. The Office shall maintain records of the admission, treatment and periodic evaluation of all folks admitted to facilities underneath its supervision. These types of documents shall be personal instead of open to general public inspection besides (one) upon proper judicial purchase whether or not in reference to pending judicial p
